Slovak Paradise

Slovak Paradise is a paradise. Beautiful nature and optimal conditions for hot days: rocks, forest, river, wtarefals protecting from the high temperature. Main recommendation is: start early in the morning, because later it might be crowded. We started around 7 in the morning and was nearly empty. We chose the trial: Prielom Hornadu and Kláštorská roklina. On the end (peak) of the Kláštorská roklina are  the ruins of a Carthusian monastery and the restaurant. We did the trail with 4 and 10 year old. 4 year old was on the rope of me husband for the security reasons. 

Czech Amazonka

Have your kid ever told you he wants to be jungle explorer? If yes, then the river Ploučnice is the the place for you. You can rent a canoe from the rental company meandry. They can also bring you to the start and pick up from the point were you finish. On the way you can experience Ploučnice gap, weirs, meander and in the landscape park (protected area) parts of the river lots of trees, bushes and wood in the water that make it a bit more difficult to go through but also build the impression of Amazonka.

Calas de Mallorca in May

Perfect place for holidays with small kids. Warm water and air, sand, flowering nature. Very safe place. You can reach the beach (Cala Domingos) with the pram (without any steps). Children were delighted.

Skiing on Plešivec (Plessbarg)

On Plešivec we enjoyed a perfect conditions for skiing with children. There is prepared a band also for the smallest (e.g. 3 years old) and playground above the restaurant to take a rest. It is worth recommending to take a rest in the restaurant on the pick of Plešivec and admire the view from the tower.

Therme Ludwigsfelde - enjoy the warm and salty water

Therme Ludwigsfelde offers swimming for children and adults all age. Even small babies can feel comfortable - there are pools with water 33°C i 36°C and with salt instead of chlorine, health friendly. A little bit "plastic" decor and nude time windows can make negative impression but belong to the local culture. Definitely worth to visit especially in a cold and gray winter day.

Lovoš on the way Berlin - Prague

On the way Berlin - Prague (by car) we made a break at the foot of the mountains Lovos in the CZECH CENTRAL MOUNTAINS (The Czech name is "České středohoří"). We walked with the pram from the car parking by yellow touristic path (also possible by blue from Oparno) around 1h. The way is fully suitable for the pram. We reach the peak by the sunset... I liked Lovos most because it is on the border of the Central Mountains and gives beautiful view for both: other peaks and flat landscape in the direction to Prague on the other side.

Festival of the giant kites, Berlin, Tempelhof

19.09.2015 we enjoyed the yearly kites festival on Tempelhof, Berlin. Huge joy for children and also pleasure for adults: views that can bring to your mind even surrealistic associations.
